Flexlite GXe MIG/MAG welding torches

Flexlite GXe MIG/MAG welding torches

The Flexlite GXe MIG/MAG torch series is built to meet the demands of professional welders who need reliability, precision, and durability in every weld. Designed for demanding welding tasks, the Flexlite GXe enables excellent control, precision, and comfort – day after day, weld after weld.

First-class welding performance

Key areas of the torch structure are improved with new materials to ensure better welding characteristics.

6-month warranty

An improved torch structure enables a longer, cost-efficient lifetime, proved by a 6-month warranty.

Supreme usability

The best combination of balance, flexibility and ergonomics.

Built for toughness, approved by the best

Developed using customer feedback, the GXe MIG/MAG welding torches feature a structure that enhances durability, improves welding characteristics, and ensures optimal balance for greater control and comfort, even in the most challenging environments.

Engineered to reduce operating costs, the welding torch’s durable construction and Kemppi’s proprietary consumables extend both torch and consumable lifecycles. A 6-month warranty backs its performance, underscoring its reliability and cost-efficiency.

Comfort that keeps up with you

Ergonomics and user comfort are central to the design. Compact key areas support better handling, while the ball joint bending support contributes to stable and consistent wire feeding. Protection against dust and humidity has been enhanced, and GXe MIG/MAG torches are also compatible with a wide range of accessories, making them a flexible solution for various welding needs.

Torch necks built for performance

Significant upgrades have been made to both neck options. The water-cooled W-neck features new ceramic insulation and improved water flow for superior cooling, extended consumable life, and smoother wire feeding thanks to the refined neck shape.

The gas-cooled G-neck offers a heavy-duty structure and a new rotation mechanism that boosts durability and arc stability. Optimized neck bending angles and wireline geometry minimize wire feeding disturbances, delivering more precise welds and a steadier arc.

Smart accessories for total control

Getting the most out of your MIG/MAG torch means having the best accessories, and GXe torches are no exception. The GRe50 analog remote control (Series 3 and 5) and the GRe80 digital display remote control (Series 8) offer improved ergonomics and easy installation, while the heat protector boosts hand safety when used with either the standard handle or the optional gun handle.

While choosing your GXe torch, you can rely on a hose package cable with ball joints (Series 5 and 8) or the Kemppi Flexcoax coaxial cable (Series 3)

IP5X protection against dust and humidity

IP5X protection against dust and humidity

The IP rating classifies the degree of protection against dust and humidity. GXe MIG/MAG torches are IP5X-rated, meaning that they are dust protected. GXe torches also have high humidity protection, but safety regulations don’t allow to rate it.

Smart cable design with maximum bending radius

Smart cable design with maximum bending radius

The GXe series has a smart cable design and modified ball geometry, enabling more flexible movement and a smoother wireline. This shape also allows for a narrower and more ergonomic handle design. Whether you choose the hose package cable or the Kemppi Flexcoax cable, you always have the flexibility you are looking for.

Slim and compact handle for added comfort

Slim and compact handle for added comfort

The shape of the ball joint reduces handle grip width and weight, improving ergonomics. Also, improved trigger control with reduced reach distance from the handle adds comfort.

User-friendly remote controls

User-friendly remote controls

Lightweight on-torch remote controls have self-orienting modular connectors and silicone gaskets for dust and moisture protection. Two models are available: an analog GRe50 remote control for Series 3 and 5 torches and a GRe80 digital display remote with Amphenol connectivity for Series 8 torches.

Clean and spatter-free welding

Clean and spatter-free welding

Separate shielding gas channels and extended cooling circulation running to the end of the gun neck enable cleaner welds, less spatters, and reduced shielding gas consumption.

Less consumables, lower costs

Less consumables, lower costs

The number of consumables was already reduced with the previous GX series. This lower inventory costs, and now the same consumables are compatible with both GX and the new GXe series torches.

LED work light for better usability

GXe Series 8 welding torches feature an on-torch LED work light to illuminate the area around the contact tip in low-light working conditions. Work light aid pre-weld positioning and post-weld visibility.

New neck design for extra durability

The new neck construction is thinner than ever, but has improved heat resistance with new insulation, stronger outer shell materials, and extended cooling ducts.

New small-sized handle

The heat resistance of the HD welding gun makes a welder's work more efficient

The heat resistance of the HD welding gun makes a welder's work more efficient

When the workload gets heavy and the days get longer, both welders and their welding guns heat up. Emotions can be cooled down with a cup of coffee, but the welding gun only cools down by taking regular breaks. To keep these breaks as short as possible, optimizing the thermal conductivity and heat resistance of the welding gun are important in daily work.
